#008: Interstellar

Today’s movie was so big, it wouldn’t let us talk about any other selections. INTERSTELLAR.

(Although, you should checkout EDGE OF TOMORROW on Redbox, and avoid at all costs seeing SUPER BUDDIES now on Netflix)

Matt Damon in The Talented Mr. Ripley – that was scary Matt Damon and I think he sold Direct-TV as well.

Interstellar was out-freaking-standing. And Gravity … well… if you can’t say anything nice…

This was the best movie of the year by FAR – perhaps one we will talk about as the new standard for sci-fi films.

Typically, the Oscars shun sci-fi. (and they probably should have continued that tradition with Gravity…) I’m hoping Eddie is right and this wins a truckload of awards but I’m not hopeful.

And The Fault In Our Stars jokes are never going to get old. Ever.
